National Marine Correspondence School
If you are thinking about what to do that’s different in 2008, then a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) theory course by distance learning might be the answer. The National Marine Correspondence School has been providing excellent RYA correspondence courses since 1970 and Movingweather continues to work with NMCS.
Alfer Sea School is an RYA approved sailing and power school that has been formed by two experienced and professional RYA Yachtmaster instructors.
Operating out of Gibraltar, Alfer Sea School runs courses all year round and offers a wide range of tidal RYA courses including Fast Track, Competent Crew, Day Skipper, Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster Offshore and Ocean. They regularly visit Morocco, Spain and Portugal, with expeditions to the Atlantic and Mediterranean Islands on their longer trips. The primary goals are twofold; to provide sail training that is second to none, and to ensure that their clients thoroughly enjoy their experience.
Their new Fast Track Bespoke Yachtmaster Training (BYT) courses have become a huge success and would be ideal for any budding skippers wanting to fastrack into the Yachting industry
